Designing your personalized jewellery typically takes 2-4 business days.
For special custom orders designing is done after 50% advance. Once the design is finalized and full payment is received, production takes approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that these are general timelines and may vary at the time of the order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or make any changes to it under any circumstance. This policy ensures that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, customized and personalized specifically for you.
Q: Are there any options for resizing or adjustments post-delivery?
Kindly note that minor modifications, such as resizing, may be accommodated at the discretion of our management and will be subject to additional charges.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
If the item is in stock, delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–4 business days after payment received. For custom or out-of-stock items, production and delivery production will take approximately 7–10 business days if, designing is required. Therefore, the total delivery time for such orders may take up to 2 business weeks from the date of purchase
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries through internationally recognized shipping agents.
Shipping charges for international orders are determined by the courier and will be communicated at the time of checkout or order confirmation.
For all orders within the UAE, shipping is on us — it's completely free.
Q: Are customs fees and import duties included in the shipping cost?
No, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
Q: Is my order insured during transit?
All orders are fully insured within the UAE from the time they leave our facility in Dubai until they reach your doorstep, ensuring safe and secure delivery.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds, or credit notes under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Q: What if there is a manufacturing defect in my jewellery?
If you notice a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your fine jewelley piece. All our jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty, and we are happy to offer free repairs for any manufacturing-related issues, after checking and at the discretion of our quality control team.

- Store each piece individually in our Jewellery Storage Box provided with each order or a plastic zip-lock bag to prevent scratches, clean and store inside the box after every wear.
- We provide a specially made cleaning cloth with each order, which can be used to clean your jewellery before and after every wear.
- Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent tangling and abrasion.
2. Gentle Cleaning
- Clean your jewellery at home using a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water.
- Gently rub to remove any dirt, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
- Alternatively, we offer free lifetime cleaning services—so consider getting professional cleaning done once a year or every 6 months.
3. Avoid Harsh Conditions
- We kindly suggest to take off your jewellery before doing heavy tasks, housework, or gardening to avoid scratches or damage.
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as they can dull the finish.
- We recommend taking off your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising to avoid direct contact salt water, chlorine, and sweat.
