Shipping info

  • If the item you place an order for is in stock it will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If your item is not in stock, production will take 7-10 working days. Hence the delivery of your order will take upto 2 weeks from the day the order has been placed.

  • For shipping outside United Arab Emirates customers to be charged to as per shipping company.

  • Any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any custom handling charges will have to be borne by paying customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different countries.

  • All orders placed with Piece of You are fully insured in United Arab Emirates from the time it leaves our facility in Dubai till it reaches your door step, Safely, Securely and on Time.

The price given at the time the order is placed is customized for you at the time of your designing. Further changes in design and any modifications will lead to changes in price and delivery times.

Designing for your specifications can take upto 5-6 working days.

Orders will only be considered accepted once payment is received and order number is confirmed between both parties Piece of You and customer.

Production turnaround time is approximately 7-10 working days after payment received of order confirmation. Please note these are basic time guidelines and as much as we try to adhere to these; there may always be some situations leading to delays which are caused by circumstances out of our control and timeline can be 2-3 working weeks.

No exchange or refund under any circumstance, once order is placed or delivered.

Minor modifications such as sizing can be done, at the discretion of the management, and at a chargeable fee.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, changed or modified.

A price offered within the context of special offers is exclusively limited to the special campaign. Special campaigns are always indicated as such. The personalized and customized goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

We handle the goods with care until transfer of ownership has taken place, after which it is the sole responsibility to the buyer to ensure their products are taken care of and no damages are made to the product.

Any manufacturing defects must be informed within 12 hours of receiving the personalized items; after which we will not be held responsible for the product mishandling.

All designs, raw material products and images are sole proprietorship of Piece Of You.

All personalized and customized jewellery are for final sale and have been manufactured according to customer specifications.

Piece Of You is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications.

All diamond jewelry comes with in-house certificate of authenticity.

All gold jewelry comes with government approved 750/18kt stamp.

We don’t sell per gram.
