The price provided at the time of placing the order is tailored specifically for you based on your design requirements at that moment. Any subsequent changes to the design or modifications will result in a revision of the price and an adjustment in delivery timelines.
Design Timelines
The designing process, based on your specific requirements, typically takes 2–4 business days.
Order Confirmation
Orders are accepted only upon receipt of full payment and mutual confirmation of the order number between Piece of You and the customer.
Production Timeline
Production begins after the payment and order confirmation, with an estimated turnaround time of 7–10 business days. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the delivery timeframe may extend up to 2–3 business weeks.
Cancellations, Modifications & Returns
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or make any changes to it.
We kindly ask you to note that all sales are final. As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed or delivered.
Minor adjustments such as resizing may be considered at the discretion of the management and will incur additional charges.
Promotional Pricing
Promotional offers are valid exclusively during the specified campaign period and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Collaborations or promotions involving Pure Gold Jewellers or any third party are valid only when explicitly stated and agreed upon by both parties. Further terms and conditions may apply.
Ownership & Responsibility
All items remain the property of Piece of You until, full payment is received.
We handle all items with the utmost care until they are successfully delivered. Once received by customer, responsibility for the care of the item is solely of the customer.
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 2 business days of product delivery. After this period, we are not liable for any product mishandling.
Intellectual Property
All designs, raw materials, products, and images are the sole intellectual property of Piece of You. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes infringement and will result in legal action.
Customer Specifications
Personalized and custom-made jewellery is created according to the customer’s specifications and is therefore final sale. Piece of You is not responsible for errors arising from customer-provided instructions or specifications.
Jewellery Certification
All diamond jewellery is accompanied by an in-house certificate of authenticity.
All gold jewellery bears a government-approved 750/18kt hallmark stamp.
All Piece of You jewellery is stamped with our logo for authenticity.
We do not sell jewellery by weight (per gram). Each piece is handcrafted with elegance to make it truly special.
Warranty
All Piece of You products come with a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects (at the discretion of our quality control team).
We proudly offer:
– Free lifetime cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs
– Repair services for all Piece of You jewellery
